And the Flat Thickens

Dear mouse,

While his physical condition is "fragile," John Paul is "perfectly sound mentally," Cardinal Camillo Ruini, who stood in for the pope on Palm Sunday, said in an interview with the Italian religious affairs weekly magazine Famiglia Cristiana. Ruini said the pope "continues to carry out the acts of government and to assume the major decisions, as he has always done."

Parang nagbabasa ako ng novel.

When the Pope is gone, the Power behind him will have to hand over the governance of that small, very rich and very powerful city/country to the successors. Yes, its plural darling because the power does not rest on the Pope alone. In the meantime, it is said that the Pope despite his illness is appointing new bishops.

Wala lang, type ko lang mag-pantasya ng nobela.

Kung meron silang Dan Brown, ako naman si CA t Black.

Meyowr.

very sad to see the Pontiff struggling on his daily appearances to the public. when the Pope dies, there is the Camerlengo who will take charge meantime of the church governance. there won't be any 'Bulla' or any edict and declaration that will be issued by the Camerlengo until a new Pope is elected. after that, by 'custumbre', all major positions held by the different appoointed personels, in different offices (usually held by cardinal or archbishop) will hand over their resignation to the newly elected Pope. and then the Curia begins. gusto kong maging kahit taga bibit ng orinola inside the Sistine Chapel, just to witness the process on how to elet a Pope. pero hindi na uso ang orinola, high tech na sila, portable toilet na ang gamit.hmmmmmmm!!!

kaming mga we-men ay wala pa ring karapatang makihalo sa male-dominated kingdom ng Vatican.

just to see an audience with the Pope, a lady should don a black veil and should not wear white.

O di ba kaya ininvite siya rito ni Imelda para makahalik siya sa kamay
ng wala yong restrictions na yon.

Bat,
Tea tea nga pala yon. Oy wag marumi isip. Nadoble lang ang type ko sa tea.

hakhakhak

inimvite ang Pope ni Imelda sa Pinas kasi she wants the Pope to say yes to the Basilica de Santo Nino na tinatayo niya sa outskirts ng Marikina. each enclave has their own dress code. when you get invited for tea at the Buckingham palace by the Queen, you will be advised by the Queen's men not to wear clothes brighter than what the Queen will be wearing. Likewise, will you come to the Whitehouse in a G-string. You have to understand the Vatican is a State and they have their own rules. so if you dont like to wear the prescribe dress code..don't let yourself be invited for an audience. even Princess Di and the Royals and Blue Blood of Europe adhere to the traditions.
