Feng Shui Rules

Dear Mouse,

Feng Shui in Chinese means wind and water.

It originated several thousand years ago in ancient China where building constructions required considerations of the geographical terrain of the place due to winds and water that caused destructions of properties and lives.

When this practise of respecting the environment and working with the flow of nature was written into laws as guides, its simple principle was how the placement of an object creates harmony to the environment, home, work and business.

Abiding by the rules, the individual is believed to be making a statement what he wants. So application of the concepts of feng shui is similar to the simple rule of life of THINKING POSITIVELY.

It has often been observed stated that what we say at the moment about us is what become. For example, you say I have no money, I am sick or I feel tired, don't you feel that you really become sick or tired.

This is purely positivism which tenet is positive energy attracts positive energy.

Here are some of the rules that are believed to boost wealth. You might be unawarely observing some of these rules that the feng shui dictates.

  • Put live plants in the left hand corner of as many rooms as possible. The preference of the shapes of the leaves determines the choice of the type of plant to display. They prefer rounded shape as in coins.
  • The Ca t meows:

Plants emit oxygen that helps circulation of clean air. This must be the underlying principle behind keeping some plants inside the house.

As to the shape of the leaves, can I not choose rectangle-shaped leaves? Paper money of course has higher denomination.

Here are some more that may be dismissed by non-believers to be ridiculous. Ridiculous or not, if it is harmless and would add beauty and harmony to the place, why not.

  • 1.Place a fish tank or bowl in the left rear corner of your living room.
  • The Ca t meows:

Pag walang makain, magfish sa tank. I am not kidding. Some Chinese restaurant owners have aquariums of live fishes that double as fish tanks to keep the fish they serve.

  • 2.Place lights along your walkway.
  • The Ca t meows:

While experts say that that lights will be illuminating your pathway to your future wealth and prosperity, the practical side of it is to keep one free from fall or other accident due to inability to see where they walk.

Paano ka mag-eenjoy ng wealth mo kung naaksidente ka naman ABER.

May kasunod pa. Bahala kayong sumubaybay.

    The Ca t
