Tumataas ang ating kilay pag naririnig natin na kumunsulta ang kamag-anak natin sa isang arbularyo tapos tinapalan ng mga damo-damo at Dahon-dahon. Pero tingnan mo ang dala ng isang Filipino inventor na herbalist:

Filipino inventor Dr. Rolando de la Cruz received three major awards at the Seventh Moscow International Salon of Industrial Property, also known as “Archimedes 2004,” held at the Exhibition Center Sokolniki, Moscow, Russia, from March 30 to April 2. De la Cruz brought home the Grand Prix for his invention “A topical herbal cream preparation for removing warts, moles and other skin growths using cashew extracts;” the gold medal for “Effective and safe herbal cream preparation in the removal of basal cell carcinoma (BCC) using kakawati and cashew nut extract;” and the silver medal for “An effective and safe herbal cream preparation for the removal of external genital warts using Chelidonium majus [calandine].” De la Cruz, who has been a recipient of numerous invention awards both in the country and abroad, initially gained fame for his 25-year research for herbal cream preparations trademarked “Dewart and Demole,” and alternative treatment for cutaneous warts and moles.

Nakikita ko sa Mall ang "Dewart and Demole" shops ni Dr. Dela Cruz. Matagal na akong curious sa kanya dahil type kong ipaalis ang mole ko sa me upper lip, kaya nga lang, pinigilan ako ng Nanay ko nuong buhay pa sya. Swerte daw kasi ang nunal ko. Kaya until now, andito pa din.
Tama ka, medyo albularyo pa din ang dating ng mga pamamaraan nya dito sa atin. It is good he is getting international recognition. Sana mabigyan pa din sya ng madaming exposure dito sa atin. His methods are fast and does not need a hospital setup, which makes it convenient and less threatening for the patient.

Totoo ba? Do you see dead people? Seriously, I know of some people who really can. Like Jinky Datiles Amores. She's my friend and she gets frequent "visits." So often that she gets bored and sick of it sometimes. Nakalimutan na nyang maging scared.
